PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a side pressure for deflecting a rotary shaft in a specified direction by fixing an elastic member for giving a side pressure while the elastic member is slid on the rotary shaft in the radial direction to a bearing holder. SOLUTION: A bearing 20 is engaged to a shield case 2-1. An elastic member 22, a baked oilless member 23, and a through hole 24 being opening to the center are provided on the inner surface of a bearing holder 21 from the retention surface of the case 2-1 to the inner surface of the bearing holder 21 and the elastic member 22 is positioned and inserted so that the center of an inner ring and that of an outer ring deviate so that the through hole 24 of the elastic member 22 are eccentric. A side pressure is generated when a rotary shaft 7 is penetrated through the through hole 24 and the rotary shaft 7 is slid and contacts the baked oilless member 23 and is deflected in the radial direction, thus eliminating a motion where the rotary shaft 7 irregularly hits the bearing and suppressing vibrational and mechanical noises.
