PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a lower molding cost by a method wherein split bodies made respectively of synthetic resins, which are different from each other in order to satisfy functions different from each other, are efficiently joined so as to have a hollow space within the split bodies, which have recessed parts respectively made of synthetic resins different from each other. SOLUTION: A third synthetic resin employed at a joining area is equal to either one of a first and a second synthetic resins or has a melting temperature higher than the melting temperatures of the synthetic resins just mentioned above. By means of the third synthetic resin, some parts of respective split bodies 13a and 13b are contrived to be melted and fused so as to form a hollow molding having a hollow part within it. By annexing a second and a third, injecting devices 27 and 31 to a first injecting device, which is prepared by providing the moving structure of a first mold 9 on an existing molder, the split bodies 13a and 13b constituting a hollow molding are simultaneously molded and, after that, made into an integral body so as to allow to form a hollow molding. Thus, the increase of the cost of equipment of the molder can be eluded and the molding cost of the molding can be reduced. |
