PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-point controller by which voice information of a proper level is sent to respective video conference communication terminal equipments and a talker is detected properly. SOLUTION: After a voice signal sent from each of video conference communication terminal equipments T1-Tn is normalized based on a mean value of the voice signals, the normalized voice signal is mixed to each signal of the video conference communication terminal equipments T1-Tn. Thus, each of the video conference communication terminal equipments T1-Tn hears the voice from other video conference communication terminal equipments in a natural state and the session of the video conference communication is progressed smoothly. |
