PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrode active material layer from flaking off from a boundary part between an externally exposed collector and the electrode active material layer. SOLUTION: Because a boundary part between an electrode active material layer 1 and a collector 2 is coated with a resin coating film 4 for prevention of active material powder flaking, the electrode active material layer 1 can be prevented from flaking off in this boundary part. Further, because the resin coating film 4 has air permeability and water repellency, gas permeability through this position can be increased and therefore battery reactivity and gas absorptivity of an electrode can be improved. |
