SELF-DIAGNOSIS METHOD OF LOAD CELL AT ROLLING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To chack automatically whether a load cell is normal or not by processing state of a load cell in the prescribed timing and conditon, using rolling load during the operation. SOLUTION: In the 1st process, fundamental linear function equation shown in an equation I from mill constant property measured at the time of roll changing is obtained. In the equation I,V0 is the rolling load. In the 2an process, the rolling load is made as 1 when rolling speed is zero adjust velocity, and ratio Y1 of the rolling load to each rolling speed is obtained, and equation for correction factor of rolling speed shown in an equation II is obtained. In the 3rd process, ratio Y2 of the rolling load to each sheet width is obtained and equation for correction factor of sheet width in an equation III is obtained. In the 4th process, In the 4th process, the operations of equations IV, V are caeeid out making the rolling load from load cell value as W0 at timing of the load cell ON+αsec at each stand using the rolling load ratios Y1 , Y2 obtained inb prepocesses. In the 5th process, equation VI is operated from rolling loads W0 , WA at preprocess. When the equation VI is established, the load cell is judged as normal.
