PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a structure in which any curing is not generated, moderate flexibility is provided, elongation is hardly generated in traveling, and contamination and foreign matters are hardly generated. SOLUTION: A conveyor belt has a structure in which three layers of an upper layer 1, an intermediate layer 2 and a lower layer 2 are bonded to and integrated with one another. The upper layer 1 and the lower layer 2 are made of biaxial oriented sheets of polyethylene terephthalate or polyethylene naphthalate and have the same thickness in the range of 12 to 100μm, and the intermediate layer 3 is a polyester group or polyamide group thermoplastic elastomer sheet.
