PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submergible magnetic bearing device of simple construction and low cost by using a cable covered with a metallic sleeve through insulating material for a coil, and using a seal member at the through part of a casing for taking out the cable outward. SOLUTION: A projection 4a projecting from a stator 4 toward a rotor yoke fixedly secured to a rotary shaft is wound with a cable 6 covered with a metallic sleeve through insulating material such as magnesium oxide, so as to constitute a coil 5. Because the cable 6 is covered with a metallic sleeve through the insulating material, it can be used in water as it is without covering with a cover and the like. A seal member is used at the through part of a casing for taking out the cable 6 outside a casing, and hence water and the like is not leaked outward from the part for taking out the cable 6 outside the casing. |
