<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform secret processing for documents with a simple structure without necessitating any special paper sheet in an post-processing device for binding the printed documents with staples. SOLUTION: When a job is issued from a job issuing device 300, whether stapling or binding is performed as the post-processing or whether secret processing for documents is performed or not is set by the job issuing device 300. When the documents are copied by a scanner device unit 20, similar setting is performed by a user interface unit 70. The set job attribute information is held in a storing device unit 80. A control unit 90 controls a post-processing unit 60 according to the job attribute information held in the storing device unit 80 so that the part to be made secret of the documents discharged onto a tray 52 may be stapled, the parts discharged on trays 53, 54 may be overlapped on the upper and lower parts of the secret part, and then the whole documents are stapled at the left side.</p> |
