PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation cylinder with a voltage detection cap in a structure without requiring separate parts as a means for preventing a voltage detection cap from being lost. SOLUTION: A protruding part is formed at the edge of the insulation cylinder of a terminal which is directly connected to an equipment and a voltage detection cap 5 for preventing loss with a voltage detection cap part 5a, a connection part 5b, and a hole part 5c are formed in one piece with a semiconductive rubber and is engaged to the protruding part of the insulation cylinder.
