<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacture and integration of a clip used in a check valve by forming a recessed part for receiving a hinge and a locking pin in the used state, and an integral elastic protruding part elastically engaged with a valve body to interlock it. SOLUTION: This check valve has semicircular plates 14, 16 supported by a hinge pin 18, and a locking pin 20 extended in parallel to the hinge pin 18 in order to limit the opening speed of each plate 14, 16, and these pins 18, 20 are held by a pair of clips 24. The clip 24 have a front surface 26 and rear part 28 integrated together through a curved part 30, and the front surface 26 has bores 32, 34 for receiving the pins 18, 20 on the upper and lower parts. The rear surface 28 has a pair of slots for regulating an elastic finger capable of engaging with a rivet 44, and such a clip 24 is fitted into a recessed part 42 formed on the opposed side of a valve body 2.</p> |
