PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection and disconnection of a base plate and to prevent attachment of water. SOLUTION: A base plate arranged by separating it from a bottom surface of a lower case 10 and by positioning it on an upper side of a mated surface of the lower case 10 and the upper case 11 in a control device of a motor-driven outboard motor to support a support cylinder 5 on a hull 2, furnished with a motor-driven unit 6 on a lower part of this support cylinder 5 and provided with the control unit 7 to control the motor-driven unit 6 on an upper part the support cylinder 5. |
