PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a complete cutting of a tissue from a living body leaving no fragments in the excision of polyp by setting a fixed electrode on an external wall at a far end of a tube to use one conductive filament alone as glide electrode. SOLUTION: A treating device for bipole electric operation is constituted by providing a tube 8, a glide electrode 9, a fixed electrode 10, an electric conductor 11 and a glide electrode operating part 12. The tube 8 has a lumen 15 communicating with a far end 14 thereof from a near end 13 thereof and the glide electrode 9, the electric conductor 11 and the like are inserted through the lumen 15. The fixed electrode 10 is set on an external wall at the far end part of the tube and formed in a plane, and it is arranged along the direction of the long axis of the tube 8. The electric conductor 11 with the tip thereof connected to the fixed electrode 10 and its rear end extended from the near end of the tube is inserted into the lumen 15 at a point right below the fixed electrode from the near end of the tube. A glide electrode operating part 12 which has a mechanism for gliding the glide electrode 9 is provided on the rear end side of the tube 8. |
