PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the liquid level easily, correctly and precisely corresponding to the line without a code provided on the measured side. SOLUTION: A conveyer part comprises a conveying belt 1, a pulley 12 and a stepping motor 2. Plural holes for inserting a sample container are bored at fixed spaces in the upper surface of a rack 3. A sensor 6 for detecting the conveyed rack 3 and a cylinder 5 are installed in the vicinity of the side of the conveying belt 1. An ultrasonic sensor 7 is installed above the conveying belt 1 in such a manner as to freely move vertically. A read part 11b of a linear scale is placed on a moving member 14, and a scale part 11a of the linear scale is fitted to a fixed member 15. By the scale part 11a and read part 11b of the linear scale, the relative position between the ultrasonic sensor 7 and the liquid level of a tested body in the sample container can be detected. |
