PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control shuttles so as to be regularly returned to a lobby by starting each shuttle of shuttles forming a sequence in response to an operation preparation completion signal corresponding to each shuttle after the lapse of a starting interval from the time when one just before is started. SOLUTION: A shuttle 3 has a trouble in closing a door, and is under operation preparation at the starting point of a time interval 16. Thus, in an arrow 111, the shuttle 3 is not actually operated to about the half of the time interval 16 while the starting time is not charged. A shuttle 4 is started in the terminal end of an arrow 112, or in the middle of a time interval 18. However, when the starting interval shown by an arrow 115 is exceeded in the upper layer landing, the shuttle 4 is immediately started. Namely, the shuttle 4 is returned to the lower floor in a general cycle, and this cycle perfectly absorbs the delay generated in the time interval 16 by the shuttle 3. |
