PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a weld line, in injection molding using a thermoplastic resin containing 'scaly' metal fine particles, by arranging metal fine particles on the design surface of a resin molded product substantially in parallel to the design surface. SOLUTION: A mold 7 used in the injection molding of a resin molded product having a design surface from a thermoplastic resin containing almost disc- shaped metal fine particles is constituted as follows. That is, satin-like rough surface is applied to the inner surface 71a of the mold forming the design surface of the resin molded product and a molten resin introducing gate 73 is arranged to the position opposed to the central part 75 of the satin-like rough surface. By using this mold, in an injection molded product, the almost disc- shaped metal fine particles contained in the thermoplastic resin are arranged substantially in parallel to the design surface of the molded product. As a result, the generation of a weld line can be prevented. |
