PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform contact/press function by splitting a rotor into two parts, coupling the two parts through a resilient member and bringing a rotor into press contact with a vibration such that the inclination of contact face can be varied. SOLUTION: An output shaft 9 is secured with one of two split rotors, i.e., a second rotor 5, and born rotatably by means of a metal bearing 6. The other of two split rotors, i.e., a first rotor 8, is supported movably in the axial direction by a resilient member 4 and brought into contact with the second rotor 5. The resilient member 4 presses the first rotor 8 against a vibrator 3 in the direction of the output shaft 9 and has a function for following up the variation in the inclination of the contact face between the first rotor 8 and the vibrator 3. This structure realizes stabilized contact while exhibiting press function and uniform contact function. Furthermore, the space can be saved because these functions can be exhibited at one position. |
