PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe lubricative agent for a syringe which is to be a substitutive for silicone oil by forming the agent of at least one kinds of compds. of a group consisting of squalene and its partial hydrogen additive and squalane. SOLUTION: This lubricative agent for the syringe is formed of at least one kind of the compd. of the group consisting of squalene and its partial hydrogen additive and squalane. The squalene used for the agent is one kind of multiple unsatd. compds. which are contained slightly in various kinds of animal and vegetable raw materials and the human body as well and, therefore, these compds. are usable by collecting the compds. therefrom. The squalane is a perfect hydrogen additive to the squalene, is found out of inside living bodies and may be regarded as the product formed by vital reactions like the squalene. The squalane obtd. by subjecting the squalene to the perfect hydrogen addition by the conventional method is used as the lubricative agent. Sterilized absorbent cotton is soaked with the medicine and the plunger surface of the syringe 1 is wiped with such absorbent cotton to form a sliding layer 2, by which airtightness is sufficiently maintained and safety is attained. |
