摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric vibrating gyro whose cost can be lowered without using a metal case by integrally forming a metal thin-plate metal fitting comprising one or more claws for fixation of an external board on one outside face of a resin case in which a vibrating unit and a drive and detection circuit are housed. SOLUTION: A resin case 1 in which a vibrating unit and a drive and detection circuit are housed is formed integrally in such a way that several signal terminal pins 3 are buried and installed so as to be bottomed and pierced through an outside wall. In addition, two U-shaped metal thin-plate metal fittings 2 in which, e.g. two claws 2a for fixation are used as one set are installed so as to be buried and installed in the outside wall, and the four claws 2a are pierced through the outside wall in which the pins 3 are buried and installed. An upper lid is put on the case 1, the claws 2a are bent, and the case 1 is fixed to an external board. As the metal fittings of this kind, metal thin-plate metal fittings 4 in which two legs are opened and metal thin-plate metal fittings 5 which are H-shaped and in which four claws 2a are used as one set exist in addition to the metal fittings 2. When the metal fittings 2, 4 or 5 which are provided with the claws for fixation of the external board are installed the costs of a piezoelectric vibrating gyro can be reduced without using a metal case.
