PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store light energy within a short time by reflecting light by a reflecting surface by providing a stimulable resin layer on the reflecting surface on a diffusing and reflecting film. SOLUTION: A stimulable resin layer 2 using stimulable pigment is formed on the reflecting surface of a diffusing and reflecting film 1 for a liquid crystal display. By this constitution, all of defects such that a display screen is not looked unless there is external light or power consumption is large and incidental members become many to become heavy because backlight (cold cathode fluorescent lamp) is used can solved. |
