PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to control a mixing rate of various wastes by setting a delivery of various wastes W from quantitative feeder units 5 and easily control the mixing rate of various wastes. SOLUTION: This device for bringing wastes into a solid fuel is equipped with a crushing unit 2 which crushes the wastes, independent plural quantitative feeder units 5 which can quantitatively feed the wastes in every species, a selective feed unit 6 which selectively feeds the various wastes discharged from the crushing unit respectively to the quantitative feeder units, a volume reducing and solidifying unit 7 which discharges the various wastes as a solid fuel by solidifying to reduce their volumes and a mixture feed unit 8 which feeds the respective wastes to the volume reducing solidifying unit.
