<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the malfunction of a semiconductor sensor in which a pull-up resistor is connected to the output terminal of an operational amplifier in the final stage of amplification so as to improve the detection accuracy of the sensor. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor sensor 15, an operational amplifier 8 in the final stage of amplification forms an inverting amplifier circuit and a pull-up resistor 13 is connected to the output terminal of the amplifier 8. The sensor 15 is provided with a constant-current source 10 which saturates the output voltage of the amplifier 8 when the voltage at the inverting input terminal of the amplifier 8 in the final stage of amplification drops from the saturation valueαof an output voltage from the output terminal.</p> |
