A device to operate a gearbox (10) in a vehicle has a gearshift linkage (4,6) which comprises two shafts connected together via a coupling (2,32). The coupling device has fixtures (36) attached perpendicularly at the shaft end, with a laminate packet (42) located between both fixtures, which is elastically yielding and has a concentric hole (44). The laminate packet consists of several flat metal elements (46) with a circular, closed planar form inwards towards the concentric opening, and which is limited outwards by several linear outer edges (52) connected at their ends by curved corner edges. |
