In the present invention, there are described peptide derivatives of the general formula Re1O(O)C-C-CHi2-(R)Cgl-Aze-Pab-Re2, wherein the substituents have specific meanings, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, processes of their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions in which the derivatives are comprised as well as their use for preparing a medicament intended for treating conditions requiring thrombin inhibition and for use in the treatment thrombosis and as an anticoagulant. |
