PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the toasting time by providing the upper and lower heating coils induction-∥heating the upper and lower heating plates with high-frequency magnetic fields respectively, and controlling an inverter circuit feeding high-frequency currents to them with a temperature detecting means. SOLUTION: When a switch is operated, an inverter control means 12 is operated, and an inverter circuit 10 feeds high-frequency currents to an upper heating coil 7 and a lower heating coil 9, and an upper heating plate 6 and a lower heating plate 8 are induction-heated to generate heat. This heat is uniformly generated on the whole faces of the upper and lower heating plates 6, 8, the temperature is quickly increased, and the bread on a net body 2 is quickly heated. A temperature detecting means 11 provided in a main body 1 transmits the temperature information to the inverter control means 12 in response to the progress state of toasting, and the drive of the inverter circuit 10 is controlled. |
