<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss of secondary voltage and to provide a small and light ignition device for internal combustion engine with high output by arranging a center core, a secondary coil, a primary coil and a side core in order from an inner side in a concentric form. SOLUTION: The center core 7, the secondary coil 4, the primary coil 2, a case 5 and the side core 8 are arranged in order in the concentric form from the inner side. Since a distance between the secondary coil 4 and ground becomes large and the distribution capacity of the secondary coil becomes small, the loss of secondary voltage becomes small. A winding length can be made shorter and secondary coil resistance becomes small when the secondary coil 4 is arranged just outside the center core 7 compared with a case when the secondary coil 4 is arranged outside the center core 7 and the primary coil 2. Thus, secondary energy and the loss of discharge continuation time becomes small and the small and light ignition device for internal combustion engine with high output can be provided.</p> |
