Reserved recording of double deck VCR is practiced as follows; (a) Compare reserved recording time with the remained time of a tape under automatic reserved recording in the first VCR part at normal speed(SP). (b) If the remained time of tape is less than reserved recording time, compare reserved recording time with the remained time of tape computed with the three times speed(EP). (c) After comparing, when the remained time computed with EP is smaller than reserved recording time, work reserved recording with EP to constant time forward for the remained time of the first VCR part. (d) Make reserved recording until the sense of the first VCR part and reserved recording is finished, and then rewind automatically.
