A radial distance between the meat spit (3) and the blade (19) can be adjusted by motor. A blade distance sensor (28) is connected to the blade holder (20) and a blade operating control device (32) is also provided. A browning sensor (27) is arranged adjacently to the meat spit, towards which it is directed. The blade distance sensor together with the blade is radially adjustable to the meat spit. The inputs (33,34) of the blade operating control device are connected to the browning sensor and the blade distance sensor. With a browning extent established by the browning sensor the blade with its holder can be adjusted radially to the meat spit. |
