A fine magnetic ceramic used as a reinforcing agent consists of Fe, Si, Co, Ni, containing other metal component as a minor component, and the shape of the particle includes a hexagon, an octagon, a diamond crystal, or the like. Thus the fine magnetic ceramic is mixed with the moist lubricant composed of a FP emulsion and an aromatic oil, then coated to be utilized or a fluid is formed thereby, using a ceramic emulsifier lubricant oil to be passed through the drying passage after the ceramic coating as to produce a steel code by the twisting filament.
