Applied service elements for Intelligent Information Fee Receiving Service are controlled by the following method; (a) analyzing operation patterns, (b) In case of command-providing and information sender/receiver operation, each node conducts the first and the latter functions. (c) In case of accident report request or accident report operation, each node carries out just the first operations. As for automatic call blocking operation, service control system conducts according to the local discriminating numbers or carries out unrelated operations. (d) Service exchanger conducts either existence operation of dialogue numbers according to existence of dialogue numbers or non-existence operation of dialogue numbers.
