The discrete cosine transformer of the present invention is composed of the structure, wherein one dimensional IDCT1 part(200) of two dimensional IDCT(inverse discrete cosine transformer) are provided with the two dimensional discrete cosine transformed data(Y1) of N=GN in a predetermined order and one dimensional inverse discrete cosine which transforms and outputs the same; a transposing part(200) transposing the one dimensional inverse discrete cosine transformed data(X1) provided from the one dimensional IDCT1 part(200) to output the same in a predetermined order; one dimensional IDCT2 part(240) one dimensional inverse discrete cosine transforming data(Y2) provided from the transposing part(200) to output the same; a logic control part(260) being provided with a first clock signal(CLK) and a second clock signal, and outputting a latch control signal(C), a first control signal(S) of a selection part, a ROM control signal(A), a second control signal(P) of the selection part and a third control signal of the selection part(Q); an aligning part(280) aligning data(X2) provided from the one dimensional IDCT2 part(240) in a predetermined order. |
