MUX1(14) transfers the input data of barrel shift(8) to length table by checking all the rise and fall of clock. Rotator(15) transfers only length required according to the output data of barrel shift(8) and head length signal of length table to latch(19,20). Latch(19,20) outputs to MUX(22) by latching data of rise and fall of clock, and MUX2(22) selects data to output from latch(19,20), then transfers to code table(23). The discriminating signal of tables according to the header length division inputting from length table(16) selects tables in code table(23). Accumulator B(18) adds length latched from latch(21) to length of following clock descent, and divider(17) divides length data to be added in two times from accumulator B(18). |
