If command input C1 puts on "1" among command input(C0,C1,C2,C3) and control signal "STRB" puts on low-high-low, starting signal(TT) of cell is inserted automatically, and if command input(C0,C1,C2,C3) all put on "0" and control signal "STRB" does low, synchronous signal(JK) is inserted automatically. Also, in case of transfer of data, command input(C0,C1,C2,C3) all put on "0" and control signal "STRB" does low-high-low. If data is recorded on transfer FIFO, CELCNTEN signal converts from low to high, so that 54 event counter(7) is operated.
