A device for making voice indicating no smoking section, which detects smoke and provide voice service that indicates no smoking section, is disclosed. The device comprises a contamination detecting section(1) which detects smoke in the interior and contamination; a voice circuit(4) which contains a plurality of voice data which indicate no smoking section and request ventilation; a micro computer(2) which includes an A/D converter(3) and is connected to an output terminal of the smoke detecting sensor(1) and outputs a voice message of the voice circuit(5); a speaker(6) which sends the voice data of the voice circuit(5) to the outside; and a driving switch(4) which is connected to one side of the micro computer(2) and operates the system.
