PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform voltage detection and earthing operation with one apparatus by providing a charge-detector containing part for containing a charge detecting part, which detects the charged state and can be freely extended and shrunk, and a main-circuit grounding supporting rod, which is attached as a unitary body for supporting, providing a voltage detector at the lower end part of the supporting rod, providing a main-circuit fixing part at the upper end part and providing a terminal for earthing the fixing part. SOLUTION: When an electric work piece such as a main circuit undergoes voltage detection, the rod of a charge detecting part 1 is fully extended so that a main-circuit fixing part 8 can take the safe separated distance from the main circuit. Then, a power supply switch 5 of a voltage detector 4 is turned on, and voltage detection is performed. When the main circuit is charged, a charge detecting buzzer 6 of the voltage detector 4 is sounded, and a charge detecting lamp 7 is lit. In this case, earthing is stopped. Furthermore, when the buzzer 6 is not sounded and the lamp 7 is not lit, it can be judged that the main circuit is in power outage failure. Therefore, the power supply switch 5 of the voltage detector 4 is turned off, and the charge detecting part 1 and the rod are contained in the charge detector containing part 2. Then, an earth-end fixing part 11 and the main-circuit fixing part 8 are fixed, and erroneous operation is prevented. |
