FIELD: food engineering, in particular, equipment for thermal treatment of liquid products, for instance milk, in small enterprises and farms. SUBSTANCE: tank has heat-insulated container with water jacket, electric mixer, level relay, resistance thermometer, electromagnetic valve, cabinet with electric equipment, in particular, temperature-control device, time relay, mode selection switch, switching and signaling apparatus. Sensitive member 10 of level relay is mounted in upper part of water jacket cavity. Tank has tubular electric heaters inserted into water jacket cavity through detachable flanges 11 of lower bottom. Electric heaters are connected one with another and with power mains through starter in cabinet. Starter coil is connected in series with contact of temperature-control device which is disengaged, when predetermined temperature is established, and with level relay contact , which is closed, when predetermined amount of water is in water jacket cavity. Circuit including in series connected time relay and closing time-independent contact of this relay, connected in parallel with disengaging contact of starter, is connected in parallel with mentioned circuit having starter coil and disengaging contact of temperature-control device, which are connected in series. Tank allows thermal treatment of liquid products to be used in enterprises deprived of steam supply system.
