FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method deals with revealing the degree of vertebral body defects according to computer data tomography. Vertebral body is resected only at the border limits of its defect at superposition area by keeping the posterior body wall. Then transplant is inserted into defective area with the support of its cortical layer onto unbroken cortical osseous ventral layer of the remained part of vertebral body by providing the contact for trabecular bone of a transplant with that of posterior wall. EFFECT: method enables to restore spinal biomechanics, optimize the conditions for reparative regeneration processes and prophylaxis of early degenerative changes at defect level and other segments. 13 dwg |
