FIELD: check of parameters of technological processes by dielectric method. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile materials containing mixture of various textile fibrous materials having different conductance and dielectric properties. Device for uninterrupted automatic check of moisture content of mixed textile materials has measurement bridge, amplifier, detector and recording instrument. Measuring arm of bridge includes capacitive pickup, quartz resonator and electric network composed of semiconductor diode and capacitor and resistor placed in parallel to it. Their adjacent leads are connected to output of detector and lead of resistor connected with second lead to adjacent leads of capacitor and semiconductor diode playing role of compensating network. Second lead of diode is grounded. Novelty of device consists in connection of lead of capacitor in compensating network to adjacent leads of capacitor and semiconductor diode in measurement arm of bridge. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability and stability. |
