PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a roller having conductivity characteristics (electric resistance) and easy deformation property according to use and having a low frictional coefft. with a member to be in contact with. SOLUTION: This roller is produced by concentrically forming conductive elastic layers around a rotation axis 20 and is used to be in contact with the counter member. In this case, at least the outermost layer part 21 of the conductive elastic layers consists of a polyurethane resin and modified by irradiation of UV rays. It is preferable to use a polyurethane resin having carbon-carbon double bonds or a color which does not transmit UV rays. |
