FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has microcapillary tube fixed on electromechanical converter and mounted inside micropipette attached to a negative pressure pump so that, when in initial position, the capillary tube is completely inside the micropipette and, when control signal is sent, the capillary tube moves forward with respect to its frontal edge. The result is that closed zone of delivered substance forms in extracellular medium. To increase substance delivery rate, coordinate-type galvanometer (selsin) started by means of two-phase electric signal is applied. The first high amplitude component of the signal provides maximum device operation delay time reduction and the following low amplitude phase determines required substance delivery time. EFFECT: enhanced selectivity of drug action; high rate of drug delivery. |
