FIELD: analytical instrumentation, ecological control. SUBSTANCE: invention makes it possible to design piezoelectric sensor of vapors of mercury which parameters are only slightly dependent on ambient temperature. Proposed piezoelectric sensor of vapors of mercury incorporates quarts plate, pair of metal electrodes with sorbing golden surface positioned on it and film heaters. It is fitted with second pair of metal electrodes with aluminium surface also positioned on quartz plate. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced operational reliability and stability. |
