PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an IC card from floating and to surely transmit/receive information by pressing a contact block to a contactless IC card at the time of transmitting/receiving information to/from the IC card. SOLUTION: A carried contactless IC card C2 is held between a pair of carrying rollers 120 and made to travel in a card traveling route 9. When a sensor S3 detects the motion of a movable chip, a stopper signal V5 is outputted, an electromagnetic solenoid 22 is turned on, a contact-separation signal V3 is outputted from a sensor S1, and a turning arm 24 is turningly displaced around a shaft 23 from a separation position up to an abutting position, so that a contact block part 10 falls. Thereby, a contact projected from a block body is pressed against the upper surface of the card C2. When the card C2 is curved upwards, the card C2 is pressed by a frame 1D at the contact and the floating of the card 2 from the frame 1D is pressed down. |
