PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make semiautomatic the generation of an NC program for a printed board component mounting line consisting of plural automatic component mounting machines. SOLUTION: Data relating to information of respective automatic component mounting machines, component information, and component mount information are taken out of a host database 1 and stored in a 1st memory part 2. On the basis of the stored data, a mount program generation processing part 3 generates mounting programs by the mounting machines so that the mounting machines are uniform in required mounting time. The generated mounting program data are rewritten to the data stored in the 1st memory part 2. The mounting program data are converted by a data conversion part 4 into numerical control data. The obtained numerical control data by the mounting machines are stored in a 2nd memory part 5. The stored numerical control data are outputted from an output part 6 to the automatic component mounting machines 8-10. |
