摘要 FIELD: wind-power engineering; power supply to off-line users. SUBSTANCE: unit has small windwheel 1 mounted on internal shaft 2 and large windwheel 4 on external shaft 3 placed on turning head 5 which is arranged on tower 10. Power take-off shaft 12 is connected to electric generator 32, coupled to shaft 2 through gear transmission 13 and joined to controlled coupling 14 whose driving half-coupling 15 is connected via gear transmission 17 to shaft 3. Driven half-coupling 18 is mounted on shaft 12. Drive 24 provided with cam of mechanical switch 10 made in the form of sleeve and spring-loaded pushrod 21 with roller 23 forces half-coupling to close. Locking gear has locking member 26 and taper bushing 28 with drive 29 that has eccentric cam with inner groove. Power control of wind-power unit is effected by setting operating ranges and critical values of wind speed in storage device of controller signal coincidence unit. Current wind speed is measured by transducer and data obtained are transmitted to unit; depending on results of comparison, output unit either engages or disengages coupling 14, locking gear, brake 33 thereby ensuring selective connection of one or two windwheels 1,4 to generator 32, disconnection of one or two windwheels, or their general braking thereby controlling torque and, hence, wind-power unit output. EFFECT: improved utilization factor of wind energy, provision for power control of wind-power unit having two or more coaxial windwheels.
