METHOD TO PREDICT FUNCTIONAL DISORDERS OF HEPATOBILIARY SYSTEM IN CHILDREN

FIELD: medicine, pediatrics, juvenile gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with ultrasonic testing the changes of maximal diameter of gall bladder before and after functional loads. Hypertonic dyskinesia is diagnosed if maximal diameter is two-fold lower and ratio of gall bladder volumes is above 0.375. If the latter is under 0.375 hypokinetic dyskinesia is established. EFFECT: method enables to decrease the frequency of noninfectious chronic diseases of digestive organs in children due to adequate therapy suggested.
