FIELD: equipment for kneading and stamping of macaroni products. SUBSTANCE: macaroni press has dough mixer, stamping head, cylindrical housing and stamping auger positioned within housing. Cylindrical channel is axially extending in end part of auger at side adjacent to stamping head. Radial openings with increasing section communicate central opening with auger coil spacing. EFFECT: reduced dough rubbing due to cohesion interaction between dough layers moving in opposed directions. |
