FIELD: measurement technology, study of parameters of distorted contour of chain transmission. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention solves problem of determination of angles of twisting of links of chain around its longitudinal axis thanks to insertion of restoring L-shaped plates with strain gauge transducers on surface. One end of plates is attached to internal link via L- shaped support and the other end is mounted for contact with elongated roller of external link in plane perpendicular to plane of link.
