PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information for improvement from an evaluated result and to automatically support the determination of improvement method by computing design information inputted from an input device and reference information stored in a storage device by an arithmetic unit and finding out a design change recommendation part in the design information based upon the computed result. SOLUTION: A user inputs drawing information, attribute information, working information, etc., by an input device 14. These information data are stored in the storage device 15. The arithmetic unit 16 executes evaluating operation based upon the information stored in the device 15. Then, the unit 16 judges input information based upon an evaluation result stored in the device 15. A reference for the judgement is previously stored in the device 15. When the input information does not satisfy the reference as the result of judgement, the part deviated from the reference is outputted to an output device 17 as a change recommendation part. When a reason (change recommendation reason) that the part does not satisfy the reference or the like is simultaneously outputted, the convenience is furthermore improved. |
