FIELD: manufacture of turbines. SUBSTANCE: radial-flow turbine of turbocompressor includes turbine wheel 1 with working blades 2 and 3, volute 4 with chambers 5 and 5', inlet branch pipe 6. Wheel 1 has double-side inlet; working blades 2 and 3 of its left-hand and right-hand portions and chambers 4 and 5' of volute 4 are rated at nominal power and maximum torque. Inlet branch pipe 6 is provided with regulating device 7 for supply of waste gases to blades 2 and 3 of wheel 1; it is connected with control device 8. EFFECT: simplified construction, enhanced efficiency of turbine and effective control of air flow rate over entire range of modes of operation of internal combustion engine. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
