FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting cicatricial tissues through incision behind the ear, dilating bony part of the external auditory meatus, forming two skin flaps in the area behind the ear, applying sutures on the wound behind the ear. New is, that the method is carried out in two stages, the first of which is characterized in that two created flaps are moved forward and laid edge-to-edge with the rest of the skin in the bony part of the external auditory meatus and with respect to each other. 3-4 weeks later, after the cutaneous transplant is adapted, it is separated to the extent of 2/3 and modelled corresponding to the defect available. EFFECT: controlled state of autograft adaptation; full coverage of the external auditory meatus with skin. |
