SUBSTANCE: floor heater has upper protective covering (heat-insulating layer), electric heater formed as grid made from basaltic plastic rods and provided with basaltic plastic tubular members with current-conductive cores and lower protective covering formed as box with electric heater grid extending along perimeter of box. Ratio of rod and tubular member diameters is 1:50. Upper covering is made from polyurethane foam.
